Returns & Exchange Policy

At CowHorse Holdings, you can shop with confidence because we are understanding and genuinely care about your opinions of the quality and performance of our range of products.

We will gladly accept the return of your unused product, in exchange of another item, store credit or for a refund.

If you have a return, please advise us via email within 14 days of invoice / purchase date.

Upon notification, please ensure goods are returned within 10 days of this notification.

Items are to be returned in original unused and undamaged condition with all tags attached.

Conditions for Returns

To return an item, please send an email to  returns@cowhorseholdings.com.au

We will promptly respond to your email within two business days and will supply you with a return address for the goods.

For a Refund, your item must be in original unused and undamaged condition with all tags attached.

We do not offer Returns on Customers “Special Orders” of which are NOT a regular stocked item within our store.
A “Special Order” is an item that has been specifically “made to order” to the customer’s needs and requirements. It relates to design, size, length and thickness, outside of our regular stocked range and has been handmade specific to and as requested by the customer.

For the return of goods, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the returned goods or goods you wish to exchange.

We strongly recommend that any goods sent for return, store credit or exchange, are packed securely and are well protected from being damaged during transit.  We would prefer that goods be sent via Australia Post with a traceable tracking number, however any reputable Freight Company is also fine, provided a tracking system is available.  Feel free to notify us of this tracking number and we too can also check the return goods movements & progress.

If the package does not reach us safely, CowHorse Holdings cannot be made responsible for the loss of goods or damaged in transit and we will be unable to complete a full refund or exchange should this occur.

Once we have received the item, and goods are received in new original condition, we will process a refund. This will be credited to your original method of payment, less shipping charges.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed upon us receiving your goods. You will be notified by email once your refund has been finalised.

Conditions for Exchange

Most certainly we can do an exchange!! Please send an email to returns@cowhorseholdings.com.au if you would like an exchange and the details of the item you would like to exchange it for.

For the Exchange of goods, your item must be in original unused and undamaged condition with all tags attached.

The sender will be responsible for shipping charges for the goods they wish to return for exchange. I am happy to assist by covering 50% of the return shipping charges for the exchanged goods to be sent back to you.

What If My Item Is Faulty?

If you receive an item that is faulty, we are sorry!

Should you receive your goods and find a major fault with your product, we will refund / replace your item. We will cover your return shipping costs on any faulty goods received.

Please email a photo of the fault to returns@cowhorseholdings.com.au your item will be replaced if stock is available, if unavailable, we will refund you once faulty item has been returned and received by us.

*Please note: Marks & imperfections on the Hide of leather products are not faults. These are nature’s own & cannot be avoided.
